Pik Pak Logistics Pty Ltd is a 100% Australian owned company. We are 100% independent so that means we will not require to use any particular carrier service and we are not an online marketplace so we won't copy your products and sell them on our platform.

How do you manage inventory accuracy ?

We maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy through real time visibility, regular cycle counts, and our advanced Warehouse Management System. You'll have real-time visibility of your inventory levels. If it's not "real time", it's not real.

What is a 3PL service and how can it benefit my e-commerce business?

A 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) service manages warehousing, inventory, and order fulfillment for your business. This allows you to focus on growth and customer acquisition while we handle storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

What shipping carriers do you work with ?

Pik Pak have partner all the major carriers. We have a choice of 36 carriers services in Australia and 12 International. We only partner will carrier who meet our quality standards and that have electronic manifesting & tracking capability.

How quickly can you process and ship orders?

We offer same-day shipping for orders received before 1PM AEST on business days. Most Melbourne metro deliveries arrive within 1-2 business days, with nationwide shipping typically within 2-4 business days.

How do I monitor my inventory and orders ?

Our online WMS provides real-time visibility of inventory levels, order status, and shipment tracking. You can generate reports, set stock alerts, and access historical data 24/7. It's easy to log into your secure account wherever you are.

How do you integrate with my e-commerce platform?

Pik Pak can integrates to most websites or Shopping carts using Web Service API. The most common Shopify, Woo Commerce (Wordpress), Big Commerce etc.. fit very nicely with Pik Pak service using our pre built connectors. See details.

What security measures do you have in place ?

Our warehouse features 24/7 CCTV monitoring, restricted access controls, alarm systems, and back to base patrols.

What is your pricing structure ?

Our pricing is simple and based on usage (ie. monthly orders shipped). The more customer orders you ship the better rates you get. Apply for pricing here.

Can you handle seasonal volume fluctuations ?

Yes, our flexible warehousing model is designed to scale with your business. We can rapidly adjust resources to accommodate peak seasons, sales events, and growth phases. In fact the majority of our shipment volume is done during the annual holiday season and festive sales.

Starting is simple. Check out our pricing plans and apply for an account online. Most clients are integrated and operational within 1-2 days (not weeks).

Can you handle B2C and B2B fulfillment ?

Yes, we specialize in both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) fulfillment, with customized solutions for each channel's unique requirements.

Our roots were in B2C however, most of our team are from B2B backgrounds, so we have expertise in both. Many of our customers have grown from B2C to also serving B2B.
