Technology is the back bone of everything we do at PIk Pak.
We use technology where possible to eliminate waste and redundant process.
State of the art cloud infrastructure allows Pik Pak to deploy our solution into any location with an internet connection. There are no software maintenance or update patches, no server hardware on premise and no need to install software on users’ computers.
All our users require is an internet connection and a secure Pik Pak account.



Cloud WMS
At the core of Pik Pak service is our cloud-based Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Like most WMS the Pik Pak system allows automated management of inventory items (SKUs) and integrates inventory and warehouse management processes.
Pik Pak’s online inventory control provides our customers with real-time visibility and control into the movement of inventory across multiple warehouses or within a single location
Real Time Visibility
Real time stock visibility means that “what you see is what you get” (WYSIWYG).
So when you are viewing inventory, expiry / BBD / batch dates, inbound receipts or repacking status you are looking at the live real time information.
Not a collated report or snapshot done hours ago, and now redundant. If its not Real Time , its not real.






Software Integration
Modern business software applications are moving toward SaaS (Software As A Service) deployment as opposed to “on-premise” applications.
To make these both functional and secure Pik Pak has experience in using secure Web Service technologies to securely leverage the benefits of API (Application Program Interfaces) using REST.
These are far more secure than traditional FTP and SOAP methods and allow a high level of data integration.

Pik Pak Experience Manager
Once your onboard a Pik Pak Experience Manager (PPEM) will be appointed to you.
Your PP EM will oversee the use of the Pik Pak system and ensure you are getting the most from our service.

Reporting and KPIs
As a technology focused organisation, everything we do is visible to our customers.
So it’s important we develop a streamline set of relevant KPIs. (ie not just KPIs for the sake of KPIs)
Key Metrics
Dispatched On Time (DOT) % - this measures Sales Orders dispatched according to Service Priority (where Stock On Hand is available).
Picking accuracy % - this measures the number of orders where picking errors are confirmed.
