Pik Pak offers standardised Service Priorities so that our clients have a clear and simple guide to dispatch and shipping options available to them. All our carrier services are classed into one of these Service Priorities.
Warehouse Priorities allow you to specify different Order Picking priorities to suit your budget and service requirements.
Shipping Priorities allow you to specify different Shipping priorities to suit your budget and service requirements.
Our standard is for any orders received by 4pm are picked packed and dispatched the next business day. This allows for labour planning without a requirement for overtime.
This is the economy option, it does not offer the tracking and Proof of Delivery (POD) features.
It is more suitable for low cost or bulk items.
Same Day orders received by 1pm are picked packed and dispatched the same business day.
This is a premium service.
This is the default Priority for e-commerce shipments and our most commonly used.
Regular Priority shipments include electronic tracking, Proof of Delivery (POD) and notification updates.
These use economy shipping options to keep the cost down.
Priority 3 (Now) orders are for services where immediate order confirmation is required (eg Amazon, Iconic orders) received by;
This is a premium service.
This is the premium option for urgent deliveries.
Express Priority shipments include electronic tracking, Proof of Delivery (POD) and notification updates.
These use express shipping service so they arrive quickly.
For shipping we have various shipping Priorities
S-Standard – economy shipping, no tracking , no POD (2-4 days AUS) & (5-8 days INT)
R-Regular – economy shipping, with tracking , with POD (2-4 days AUS) & (3-8 days INT)
E-Express – express shipping, with tracking , with POD (1-2 days AUS) & (2-4 days INT)
