Pik Pak service standards serve as a guide for sales order picking lead times;

- Orders received by 3pm will be picked and dispatched by 6pm the next business day.

|

- Order received by 12 midday will be picked and dispatched by 6pm the same business day.

| When will my customer orders be delivered ? |

Delivery lead times depend on where shipments are going to (ie. the destination) and what service you are using to ship your orders (eg. Express vs Economy). All Pik Pak delivery lead times are updated quarterly and sent to our members.
Please speak to your account manager for postcode files, zone definitions and lead times by zone or delivery service. |
