How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order or recharge your plan. Please note that we will not process your orders or credit your account until we receive payment from you.
Can I change my usage plan?
  With Pik Pak you can change your usage plan anytime without penalty. There are no cancellation fees Pik Pak simply applies the plan that you choose.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
What fees do I need to pay?
  Your monthly usage is made up of your monthly storage and handling fee plus any freight shipping charges. There are no other hidden fees. You can request to use any of the member services, which will be itemised on your usage statement. All accounts in Australia are subject to GST.
I need help with a service that is not included in my plan ?
  Pik Pak has a full suite of "member only" services. To keep our plan prices low we only charge these on a "as and when required" basis. These include customs import clearance, kitting, scan pack and others. Your account manager can provide you more detail about these. Whenever you approve any of these services they will appear itemised on your monthly usage statement with your reference.
What are Pik Paks terms and conditions ?
  Pik Paks standard terms and conditions are always available online Terms & Conditions. Any changes or important information for members will be published on our site and sent to you. Therefore, you should always make sure your email and contact details are accurate and kept up to date.
I have questions about my account ?
  All Pik Pak members have 24/7 email support. This means you can ask any question regarding your Pik Pak account by simply sending an email to info@pikpak.com.au and your account manager will reply as soon as possible.
